Accessibility Statement

Informatique-MTF SA is committed to ensuring that its digital services are accessible for all individuals, including people with disabilities. Informatique-MTF SA has invested significant resources to promote equal access for all users, guided by the strong belief that every person has the right to live with dignity, equality, comfort and independence.

Digital accessibility is not just a target we aim to achieve, but an ongoing commitment that we carry in every aspect of our digital service delivery. We recognize that this requires continuous monitoring, improvement, and adaptation. In the sections below, we elaborate on the various efforts that have been undertaken to address our progress in ensuring digital accessibility for all.

Our Services

Informatique-MTF SA provides digital compliance and risk management solutions for industries such as banking, insurance and payment providers. Our software modules are designed using modern technologies to help organizations efficiently meet legal and regulatory requirements.

Legal Framework

Our accessibility efforts are guided by international best practices as described in the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as well as the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 April 2019 on the accessibility requirements for products and services) and applicable local regulations where required. The WCAG defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities.

A key element of our accessibility initiative is our engagement with a third-party accessibility consulting organization UserWay to help bring the website into conformance.

https://imtf.com/ makes available the UserWay Website Accessibility Widget that is powered by a dedicated accessibility server.

The Widget offers user-triggered enhancements that allow visitors to improve the accessibility of the site. These features will, when selected, increase font size, pause animations, change color contrast, and more. Visitors can choose combinations that suit their needs, as per WCAG Level AAA.

The site has enabled Automated Remediation Technology (ART) for all visitors, whether they use assistive technology or not. ART does not detect Assistive Technology usage; rather, it improves accessibility for all site visitors regardless of ability by deploying remediation capabilities such as (not an exhaustive list):

Perceivability:

  • Easy-to-read text: font type, size and style are chosen to be accessible. Spacing between

letters, lines and paragraphs is sufficient.

  • High contrast: Texts and visual content are displayed in high contrast.
  • Individual customization: Content can be enlarged or adapted via browser or system

functions.

  • Colors are not the only decisive factor: Status messages, warnings or notices are not only conveyed in color, but also in text.
  • Alternatives for non-text content: Images and other non-text elements have alternative text

associated with them when required.

  • Scalable: Content can easily be enlarged by up to 200%.

Operability

  • Keyboard navigation: Keyboard navigation is improved with airds such as focus indication and skip links.
  • Generous click targets: Links and buttons are large enough and easy to access.
  • Flexible orientation: The layout automatically adapts to portrait and landscape orientation.
  • No complex gestures: No gestures or simultaneous inputs are required.

Understandability

  • Clear structure: The website is logically structured and easy to navigate.
  • Meaningful labels: Headings and form elements are clearly labeled.
  • Descriptive links: Link texts are clearly understandable and describe the destination.
  • Plain language: Content is easy to read and written in comprehensible language, insofar as it goes beyond formal legal texts.
  • Input assistance: Forms support automatic suggestions via browser/system.
  • Error prevention and correction: Inputs can be corrected.
  • Animations: Only subtle animations are used.
  • No flashing effects: There is no content that may trigger photosensitive reactions.

Robustness

  • Technically accessible: The website uses semantically correct HTML. ARIA roles improve screen reader compatibility
  • Compatible with assistive technologies: All content is accessible via screen readers and Braille displays.

Accessibility is an integral part of our design and development process. We conduct regular internal and external testing to ensure that users with accessibility needs can use our online platform without barriers. By applying proven methods, we are able to identify and remove potential obstacles at an early stage. In addition, we provide ongoing training for our teams and foster awareness of the needs of people with disabilities. Our in-house experts support the implementation of accessible solutions, advise on design issues, and help ensure that inclusion is not only considered, but actively practiced in our organization.
